In short, extremely safe... One of the main reasons we have chosen to use PayPal to
receive online payments is that, through them, your confidential information is encrypted
at the highest level commercially available. All of your financial information is kept
private (we never see it), it is absolutely free for buyers, so easy to use and paypal

What other methods of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders through the mail. No cash,
however.
Can I phone in an order?
While we are not currently set up to receive credit card orders over the phone, you are
welcome to place a phone order and mail payment via check or money order.
Do you charge sales tax?
State sales tax of 6% is added to orders with a billing address in the state of Idaho.
Unfortunately, we are required to add this to all orders from within the state, even if
the Zoomby™ blanket is to be shipped to someone out of state.
What is the fabric and how should it be cared for?
Our fleece is the softest, thickest, best quality fleece available. We are extremely picky
about our fabrics and spend much of our time hunting down the highest quality material in
adorable prints. Our fleece goes a step beyond being just antipill. The fabric has extra
loft, densely packed fibers, and smooth, soft texture. It's the best quality one can buy
and similar quality fleece fabric retails for $11-$12/yd! The cotton binding we finish our
blankets with adds the final touch of durability and attractiveness. Product care is
straightforward and simple... Machine wash warm or cold with like colors and line dry or
tumble dry on a cooler setting... No bleach... Your Zoomby™ blanket
will stay beautiful for a very long time.
What are the Zoomby™ blanket's
measurements?
The Zoomby™ blanket measures a generous 45" from top to bottom
and 55" from side to side.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
When will my order ship?
We ship most orders on the next business day.
How do I make a return?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (less the original shipping/handling fees). Simply
return the blanket to our business address within the 30-day time frame and we will
promptly provide your refund. No hassles! We kindly ask, however, that you let us know why
you are returning the Zoomby™ blanket so that we may address and
correct any problems we are unaware of. Thank you!
What is the ideal age for babies using Zoomby™
blankets?
Although they can be used longer, the ideal age for babies using Zoomby™
blankets is from birth to approximately 8 months of age or when the little one grows out
of his first car seat/baby carrier.
Will the Zoomby™ blanket work in
convertible or toddler seats?
The answer is Yes! While the original blanket was specially designed for babies
newborn to approximately 8 months of age, the blanket openings work excellently in
convertible car seats in the rear-facing position, as it should be positioned for any baby
under 1 year of age and 20 pounds. In addition, the openings will work for most toddler
seats and jogging strollers.
How will my Zoomby™ blanket arrive?
All Zoomby™ blankets are handrolled and tied with attractive
satin ribbon and our tag. They arrive "gift ready". We are happy to add a
complimentary gift card enclosure with your own message at your request. We also offer
complimentary gift wrap if you are sending a Zoomby blanket directly to a gift recipient.
